Here’s the scoop. Tonight at 6 30 pm all of the channels were going to test their digital signals so we would all get the chance to find out if our TV sets worked. I purchased this Samsung HDTV just last year and its supposed to work when the digital conversion takes effect on 2/17. When the whole network did the five minute test, it just displayed the static fuzz. Why wouldn’t it work?
