What extra should I expect to pay when purchasing an HDTV?

When I see a price listed for an HDTV, excluding taxes, what add-on charges could I expect for cables etc.? I’m planning on buying at Best Buy but input about other retailers is welcome as well.

      The tv have vizio 42 inch very happy.
      My cable box and the cable bill no other charges to make was with the only change had to make was with the cable bill no other charges to watch the tv.

      Things you may want to consider:

      1. Surround sound.
      2. Bluray
      3. HDMI cables, while even cheaper cables can transmit a goo picture you need nicer cables to do good picture and 7.1 hd audio.
      4. Surge Supressor. Those long white strips are junk, I (highly) reccomend a good Tripplite surge. That will run you about $99 for an Isobar
