How do you set an hdtv to optimal picture settings?

I have an Insignia IS-LCDTV26 and the picture is alright right now, but i wanted to get the settings as good as they can be so i can really enjoy the experience of having an hdtv. any help would be appreciated. thanks.

      The next one at the arrows on the controllers until the menu you can do the library had professional do this choose manual convergence in the arrows on the next one looks like tictactoe lines then.
