How do I connect my HDTV, blue ray disc home theatre sound system, and hd cable box together?

HDTV has 4 hdmi inputs, Theatre system has 1 hdmi output, video output, and 2 optical inputs. I haven’t received my hd cable box but pretty sure it will have a hdmi output and an optical output.

      For video and optical cable from home system and optical cable from cable box to tv for audio.
